The Laserliner MoistureFinder provides professional, non-destructive measurement of material moisture by capacitive measurement.
Moisture measurement detection using the capacitive measuring method ensures measurement results are obtained effortlessly and quickly without damaging the surface during and after the construction phase.
The MoistureFinder allows simple handling. Just select the material type and place the instrument on the material’s surface to determine the percentage moisture content. This meter scans into the sub-surface of the material up to a depth of 30mm.
The MoistureFinder has 4 selectable material characteristics:
Soft woods (e.g. spruce, pine, linden).
Hard woods (e.g. beech, oak, birch).
Gypsum plaster.
Cement screed.
An LED wet/dry indicator provides immediate measurement results for moisture content in the tested material.
Supplied with 1 x 9V battery
Measuring range/accuracy:
Cement screed: 0-4.5%, ±0.5%.
Gypsum plaster: 0-9%, ±0.5%.
Softwood: 0-52%, ±2%.
Hardwood: 0-32%, ±2%.
