It is perfect for determining heights with indirect distance measurement (single and double pythagoras), also has a continuous measuring mode and a minimum/maximum function with 4 reference points. The unit of measurement can be switched to any of the following: m/mm, inches/feet. There is an automatic stop and a 1/4in connection thread for tripods.
