This Roughneck Insulated Safety Shovel has a special curved blade and lip which is designed to reduce the risk of damaging all types of utilities while digging. The head is forged from one piece, which is hardened and tempered for strength and is treaded for comfort.
This insulated shovel has a solid fibreglass handle with polypropylene coating and an insulated polypropylene D grip.
Each shovel is individually tested and conforms to BS8020: 2011.
Approved for use on live cable up to 1,000 Volts.
